  1. 1.Licence
    You (the pupil) must ensure that you hold a valid UK driving licence which you must present to me on your 1st lesson.  You must also inform me if you receive any endorsements on your licence whilst you are still receiving driving tuition from me.


  2. 2.Fees
    a)  The offer of a discounted first lesson (ref: gw19) is intended for new learner drivers and does not apply to pupils who have had a course of lessons and are almost ready for their driving test. If you have only had a few lessons, I may offer you the discount at my discretion.

    b)  If you are booking an all day Pass Plus lesson I will need an up front deposit of £50 to secure the booking.

    c)  Lesson prices will be held for a period of 3 months from the date of your first lesson, regardless of any price increase. After this time, lessons will be charged at the new rate.


  3. 3.Cancellations
    a)  If you need to cancel a lesson for any reason, please try to give me as much notice as possible. If the cancellation notice is less than 24 hours you will be charged for 50% of the lesson cost. If the cancellation notice is less than 12 hours you will be charged the full amount of the lesson cost.

    b)  If you fail to turn up for you lesson, I will wait for you at the agreed meeting point for a period of 15 minutes after which I will leave and you will be charged in full for the lesson.


  4. 4.Use of vehicle
    a)  I reserve the right to withhold the use of the tuition vehicle if I consider that you are not in a fit state to drive for any reason (extreme tiredness, under the influence of alcohol, etc). Should this happen, you will still be charged in full for the cost of the lesson.

    b) I reserve the right to withhold the use of the tuition vehicle for the purpose of the DSA driving test if in my opinion you are not up to the required standard. If this happens, I will give you sufficient notice so that you can re-arrange your test without losing your fee.


  5. 5.Complaints
    Any complaints should be put in writing and sent to the the address shown in my “contact us” page. You will receive a written response back from me within 10 days. If you fail to achieve satisfaction from me you can write to:-
